Luckily I've had no major transactions yet with this credit union. I was hoping to have an account in case I might need it for financing something in future. They will overdraw your checking account with their "maintenance fees" and then, without a courtesy call or an email, threaten you with a letter to deposit money immediately or be reported to the credit unions. Now I'm trying to close the account but customer service doesn't have the "authority" to do so. To add, you need to print out and sign a paper just to link an account. Both the customer service and technology is stuck in the 90's.

It's Monday 3/10/25, I have called different numbers and the main number several times. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.....I HAVE BEEN CALLING ON AND OFF FOR OVER 3 HOURS NOW

Outstanding associate she went above and beyond to assist me I’ve been a member for a little bit over six years and this was my best experience so far came in the branch about 10 minutes before closing, and she went above and beyond to me all of my expectations of what I needed for my account and deposits, truly outstanding death deserve a leadership role stayed over about 45 minutes past her time. These are the type of employees that make this company phenomenal.

I have been a member for a very , very long time and so have my fiancé. Member services technology is very limited. Having to get approval is very inconvenient to make transfers to other members' accounts. My fiancé was notified about a fraudulent activity noticed. He is thankful that it was caught. However, he was at an appt., and could not make it downtown in time to get a new card; well his card was blocked and he could not transfer funds to his other bank or to my account either. It is the weekend, and the credit union is closed on Saturdays. Now, he has to wait until Monday and take off work, and go into the credit union to get another card. It sucks and is very disappointing that access to your funds is not accessible.

Jeanette has always given me her full attention on every phone call and inquiries I’ve had at HCFCU with her!! I enjoy speaking with Jeanette because she is so friendly, knowledgeable and explains everything in detail of all my questions regarding my accounts.
It feels like our conversations are in person rather than a telephone conversation… Jeanette is a great representative at the HCFCU.
