Outstanding customer service ! We have worked with Nicole and Lynzi for 3 mortgages now and love the quick, easy, and honest service we received. They make home buying simple and take the stress out of the process. We appreciate the quick responses we received with every email and phone call AND it is nice to be able to stop in the branch and see them face to face. We also always appreciate the top notch customer service we receive from Brooke while in the branch. The Niles branch is always nice and clean, and you always receive amazing service! Thank you to all of their employees for always remembering my name and treating me like you WANT my business!

My daughter's account was hacked and she had to open a new account and everyone at Honor made the process smooth especially Brooke Bennett at the Niles office. Brooke went above with her service ensuring the hold on the new account was removed, overnighted her a new debit card and making sure her paycheck would go into the new account the next day since it was too late for her employer to change it. I recommend Honor and especially Brooke from Niles office if you ever need anything.

Customer service is not the best at this location and I am new members so not in pressed for the outcome! Lady had me in the waiting room talking about my account did not invite me in to her office. Had get someone else to help me
