HHCU has the best customer service and professional touch. I have been with HHCU for over 10yrs and they never disappoint me. I recently refinanced my auto loan. Juan is the best!!! My fiancé had told me about the great experiences he has had with financing 3 different vehicles with Juan at Houston Highway Credit Union since 2015, and finally today was the day I got to see what he meant! What an awesome experience.
Juan at HHCU helped me get my 2023 Jeep Compass refinanced!!! The entire process was super fast, super easy, and best of all, it saved me nearly $2000 in interest compared to my current auto loan I had! I’ve worked with Houston Highway Credit Union now on two separate vehicle purchases and each time I’ve found that, Juan (my loan officer), goes above and beyond to make it as easy as possible for me. I have been a member of this credit union since I moved to Houston in 2006. It was convenient to my job and home. Three years ago they were very helpful with financing my car. My goal was to trade up within two years. Well due to the pandemic that was extended a bit.
This year was my year I attempted to schedule an appointment several times, through phone and email with Juan to no avail. Finally, I had a day off during the week and decided to drop in. Juan was unavailable but David was. We spoke of what my plans were, he apologized for the disregard but stated that what I had decided was doable.
After leaving the credit union low and behold Juan found my number and returned my call. Only three to four months later. We discussed again my plans and he stated he would email my letter of credit approval. I finally found the car I wanted and made the deal, offered up the credit letter only to be told that the credit union would not accept the deal. I decide to do the trade-in with no $$$ down. The credit union told them I needed to put at lease $2000.00 down they would them accept the deal. Integrity is key in life wether personal or business.
Well I have the car but my finance came from another source. Thank you David and Juan for your outstanding help. I’m sure your out of your meetings now.
