Bought a kawasaki ninja 500 SE. Bike was 6399 and paid 7900 OTD. First transaction was fine.

Second time I came in, owner said he'd service my bike for 258. When I went in to pick it up I ended up getting charged 336. I signed an agreement to pay 258 not 336. Despite that, he still charged me over. He never said anything about an upcharge for "Parts". Then claimed "I been doing this for 20+ years I always say that". Well sometimes you forget. The reviews here do make sense now. Just sold my bike and was going to buy a ZX4-RR from him. But deciding to screw me for 70, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Reply: Bold of you to assume it was “perfect”, my handles bars were still scuffed when I took the bike back, I’m not sure if you changed them out or not. and there were mini panel gaps on the bike when I brought it back. Luckily someone bought it from me, so it’s not a reminder of picking a dealer whose effort was lackluster at best.

I don't understand some of these negative reviews. Jim the owner was one of the most helpful dealerships I have ever dealt with. Not only did he respond to everything I asked. He also stayed late waiting on a hauler to bring my bike and took pictures showing the loading. If you are purchasing a bike from these guys rest assured you are in good hands! Thanks again Jim!!

Was interested in a bike filled out finance app on Saturday online. Called first thing Monday morning to find the unit was sold. No big deal, there's other bikes where it went down hill the person I spoke to was rude and advised in a rude tone that it was dumb trying to buy a bike over the weekend online. Did I say he was rude. If they don't want people buying a bike online, then why do they have a financing option to fill out. If the salesman wasn't rude, I would have bought a backup bike that I had picked out. Very disappointing.

I’d never been in the shop before. They have lots of stuff.
Went in to buy a bike pump for my bicycle. Got a bike pump. Bro in sales or customer service or whatever must’ve been bored because he kept acting like I’d never seen a bike pump before let alone use one let alone have any knowledge of what a presta valve is. It was frustrating. But I got a decent bike pump for an affordable price so mission accomplished I guess.

Went in just to look at getting a dirt bike. Jim was amazing. He listened, gave good advice, we had personal space to look around and he was always available to help when needed. Great experience overall.

Just called this place to inquire about the availability of 2 very different motorcycles. Both were already sold. The guy I talked to had to be one of the rudest salesmen I have ever encountered. Asking me why I would be inquiring about such different style bikes? I don’t know….maybe I like many different types of motorcycles. Are you a wholesaler?….no I’m not. Are you an engineer?…..no I am not (wtf are you talking about?) If you’re going to be in retail and deal with the public learn how to converse with people. I would never buy anything from this place

Jim is total awesome sauce. Honest. Answered all my stupid questions and all my best friends stupid questions, a week prior to mine. I'm glad he's close enough because I know I'll be going back. But far away enough that I won't buy everything. Thank you Jim!
