I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Hudsonville towing . I was shocked and appalled by the racist behavior displayed by the owner of the facility . Not only was I subjected to discriminatory remarks, but the lack of professionalism and respect shown was completely unacceptable.
He owner even took it as far as coming from behind the counter / glass, to less than a foot away from me . All i wanted to do was pick up a vehicle and go home. But instead the authorities were called and just as i expected , he changed his whole attitude .
As a tow driver doing my job , I expected to be treated with dignity and courtesy, but instead, I encountered hostility. This kind of behavior has no place in any business, and I feel compelled to share this experience so others can make an informed decision.
I hope this company takes immediate action to address these issues and ensure that all customers are treated with fairness and respect, regardless of race. The police made him pull out the vehicle i originally went to pick up free of charge because they knew he was wrong

Awesome crew, honest and transparent. Moved repair facilities recently and had my toolboxes towed half an hour away. They made it to new shop in great time, unloaded with care and priced fairly considering how complex and tedious they can be to transport. Appreciate the work and will be keeping their number for future work. Thanks

Recently got stranded along the highway and just wanted to send a shot out to Hudonsville Towing. They were responsive, engaged, and professional throughout the entire ordeal. What could have been stressful turned into a smooth experience. If you are stranded or need a tow, I really cannot recommend this company enough. On top of everything, they even dropped an invoice in the mail so that I can bill my car insurance for the claim. Thank you Hudsonville Towing for your amazing customer service and also your kindness when it was needed the most.

Be careful driving by this establishment. Their MASSIVE trucks tend to pull out in front of traffic WITHOUT stopping.

Wouldn’t recommend if you are person of color! Especially if you dealing with the owner. It’s bad enough getting towed yet alone radicalized.

Great place. Was a very good experience for my wife with their tow truck driver and getting the info she needed to send me on my way there later in the day.
Michelle was super fantastic! A very helpful person who knows her job but has that charm of customer service to make sure you have a good experience when dealing with your wrecked vehicle.
10/10 would recommend to anybody purely based off how easy it was to do what I needed to do but above all a person who cares about your experience and the knowledge of her job.

Shout out to the tow truck driver for rescuing me last night! He was there within 15 mins and gave me a ride home after my engine was over heating. Also helped me out by looking under the hood to find a possible problem. Very helpful.

My Moped was stolen at Butterworth hospital and found right by their lot. It was impounded and I still had to pay 1000.00 to get it back. The lady working the desk.. well let me say as a veteran the enemy was more friendly than her. I would even go back for her if she was shot in the field. Not a fake review, this happened 9-14-21. I still have the paperwork. You can't deny the truth of the lady at the front desk. Still can't deny. To the public very unfriendly and it's veterans. I stand by my comment. I received better treatment from the enemy in Desert Storm.
