Super friendly & helpful sales person (Nacole), fast & straightforward responses online from her direct. We bought a 2013 Subaru Outback, and they had several options in our price range! They also had another 20 or so Outbacks in other price ranges - a great Subie spot! The price was actually very reasonable to begin with. Car came with a 3 month warranty and my daughter loves it! Interior was not only in great condition but they also detailed it nicely. While we were doing paperwork her coworker even went to put our transferred plate on the car for us (nice touches make a difference). Will be back again when looking for our next car!

DO NOT buy a car from here. They made promises they could not keep and sold me an absolute piece of work, saying that they would replace some of the defects. Never did they return my calls or make good on their word. Also, when I bought the car and came to pick it up, I drove it off the lot noticing it was on E!!! This car has been the biggest headache for the past few years and I would never recommend this place, not even to my worst enemy.

Great selection of Subaru's at various price points- clean too. While looking at vehicles, they had mentioned that they get many of their cars from the east coast- meaning less rust and corrosion - and it shows! Jennifer was great to work with as well. In order to complete our transaction the same day, she was willing to meet us after hours back at the office to sign and drive. We were very appreciative of that gesture.

Loved my experience here! I traveled from Grand Rapids to lake Odessa because I was interested in looking at a few cars but I didn’t expect to leave with one that I absolutely love! Aweis was amazing along with everyone else there. Super helpful, patient, kind, people who genuinely love doing what they do to help take care of their clients/customers. This morning, I had no car with zero intention on buying one, by this evening I had a 2014 Audi A4 parked in my driveway. Should go without saying but before buying a used car from ANY dealer be sure to take it to a trusted mechanic for an inspection, and budget for additional repairs.

I bought my 2020 WRX here just over a month ago and the employees were extremely friendly and patient with me throughout the whole process. The price was lower than what most other dealers would charge, which was fair given that this car needed a little bit of work. The biggest issues were that it was on snow tires with low tread and the brakes were pretty worn out, as well as it being due for some other general maintenance that I felt comfortable taking care of.

They were willing to install new brake pads & rotors for free and offered to let me buy a new set of tires at wholesale price, which I declined but appreciated. One thing I wish they’d do is buy the Carfax report for each car. They did have an alternative report available for my car but it wasn’t as comprehensive as Carfax.

Overall, my experience here was good and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to buy a used car at a fair price.
