I called to get quotes and the price was very reasonable. We were able to get my car done one day then the truck the next day. They called us with any updates or any codes it was throwing. Brought my vehicle for service with 2 chief detailed complaints. One being the driver side brake smoking after replacing caliper/rotor/pads myself and 2 car running at extremely high RPMs. Waited 8 days to have the repairs on my only daily driver. The brakes ended up being the brake hose and a defective new caliper from Orileys. On my voice-mail, they spoke on the brake hose and said vehicle checked out and is good to go. When I paid the money and got to my vehicle with the receipt, i noticed transmission fluid charge and thought, ok great that's what the problem was, I was low on fluid. Nope started my car and couldn't even go higher than 25mph with RPMs at 3500 and not engaging into different gears. Had my husband call back and he was told "yeah we did hear that and added transmission fluid" ok.......sooooo you didn't test drive it again to notice it was still doing it and you should probably look into the cause before calling your customer to pay an invoice and say word for word "cars all set to go"? No offer of resolution from Ideal.
I won't recommend Ideal again after this.
