Its been a great experience. Incharge has helped not only get my debt paid off but also get my credit score up. The online account information makes it easy to keep up with what is going on with your debt. Its a very great service. There are a few things that kept me from giving a 5 star rating. The rollover process is flawed. I was told they would roll over to the highest interest or the highest amount and they always messed up with that. I had to really stay on top of it. I noticed a lot of people have stated they ended up getting bills from creditors but the creditors had already reported the balance to the credit company. I am going to get the list of all the creditors I started off with so I can go online and make sure there is a zero balance of all my accounts. I don't want to have small amounts going to my credit report as not paid. I also was told my accounts would be paid off by October 2024 and I am not understanding why it is not going to reach that time frame. I have paid off some small amount myself. I appreciate all the reviews I need to check all my balances.

We were in tremendous debt and did not know where to turn. We definitely did not want to file for bankruptcy OR use a debt relief program that expected us to NOT pay our accounts, in order to push for negotiation with the creditors.

Luckily we came across InCharge. They offered a resolution that was fair to all parties, which held us accountable. InCharge was able to consolidate our entire debt directly with the Creditors to where it was a win-win situation. More importantly, the program teaches you to go back to basics and rely on your income, not credit.

I believe we get into a toxic cycle where it becomes easy to just charge something or pull loans, when in reality that’s living outside our means.

When we first contacted them, we were a bit scared and hesitant because we did not know WHAT to expect, while also not seeing a way out of the stressful situation we found ourselves. But, InCharge provided a very reasonable solution that truly did teach us debt management - and learning to live within our means. Thanks to them, I never see myself being in that situation again.

Also, don’t panic when you realize they are located in Florida. I did initially, but called them a second time to get information regarding their program. I am grateful I did.

They helped me lower my debt to the point that I could handle it myself.
I was in really big credit hole and in charge debt solutions pulled me out
I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I have had a great experience with InCharge. Payments to creditors were seamless. You can easily track payments and progress on the website. They also email you when they withdraw the payment from your account and also when payments are disbursed a few days later.
The process of getting started was pretty easy. A 30 minute phone interview and some documents to sign. They negotiated the rates for all cards down to between 0% and 9%. Fee was a flat $50 per month, which was well worth it considering the money saved in interest and the service they provided.
Customer support was good although I only reached out to them a couple times over the 4.5 years.
Make sure to schedule the payment 5-7 days in advance of your soonest due date (otherwise adjust the due dates).
Also…. some companies will just not agree to put you on a DMP ( I had a couple).

I appreciate InCharge - If I had not reached out to them it would have taken much longer (and more expensive) to pay down my debt.

I used in debt solutions about six years ago. I will always be forever grateful for the direction they put me in, the easy to pay solution, anytime I had a problem I would just call them and they could somehow help me figure out a way to get through it.
So here I am now six years later with the credit score of approximately 820. I’m not gonna say it was easy at times , a little bit of hard work and obedience was involved , but it was worth every bit of it
I also want to mention I am 67 years old, so it’s never too late, sometimes we just need that helping hand to set us in the right direction no matter where we are in life.

Horrible. SCAM company, do not trust them!!! They took $50/a month plus the credit card payment and then dropped us from the program.
