The credit union lost my title and the post office can’t find the paperwork they sent me. So I paid $15 plus tax for a new title at the dmv for the unions mistake but the credit union won’t reimburse me. Stay away from lending assistance Kaleabe Teshome. Useless.

I had a terrific experience with staff at interior federal credit union in Reston VA. I came in with a very troubling situation involving a check fraud situation
They were so very helpful in getting reports and paperwork in order and submitted for further investigation. One employee in particular, Wynter was so helpful. She not only coordinated with other credit union staff to get paperwork notarized but also assisted in faxing information to my credit card company. I can’t thank her and other credit union staff enough for helping me work through this. J Moore
