I am looking for help to discuss option with what these people have done to me and my children. I have lost my 12 yr. old because they said I have mentally abused him! Never told me when where or how I did this. I have not seen my son in 2 yrs. I am allowed to see my 8 yr. old but I have done something to my 12 yr. old!!!! This system is broken and they have destroyed my family.

What a disgusting collection of people. They don't care one bit about the children, only money. The referee is exceptionally awful. This monster kept my daughter with her abusive mother for years despite mountains of evidence showing how terrible of a parent she was. Cancer for her entire family is still too good for them.

I have a really unique case that requires some special attention from FOC. My case worker Karen Heintzelman has been amazing. She’s very professional and returns calls with haste. Karen has assisted me during many phone calls and she has stayed on top of the situation. She’s very good at documenting our conversations and making sure those notes are available to other FOC workers in case of her absence. I’ve been very pleased and with everyone at Ionia FOC but Karen has definitely been a cut above the rest. Thank you for always assisting with my situation on reguards to my daughter and putting her best interest first.

This court is all about money, they don't care about kids. If they did why would you put people in jail or issue warrants to pay $500 dollars when people already behind. Like I said they just want the money, the warrant is actually more then how much I owe this court. I only been behind one time and that's because of lack of employment.

Trying to get a child support review from these people is like a slow and painful death. They not only sent me forms after forms to fill out, but sent them 2 and 3 times saying they could not locate the originals I filled out with all my tax filings, then saying you have 14 days to return them or you could receive an unfavorable review. Then of course they tell you it takes up to six months to review a case, yes it takes that long because they are in no hurry that's for sure. So by the time they even started on mine, I was evicted from my home, child support was still being deducted for my son three years after his eighteenth birthday. Yep you heard correctly, he is 21 now and they still have me paying child support to my ex for him [No not because there are unpaid child support either] and the only way to stop it is to ask for a review. How wrong is this, I'm homeless and eating dog food because of negligence on the part of their very own mistakes.

I am a kid, but the only time i went there was to see my dumb biological mom. Ever since then, i thought it was a really bad place because she said things she wasn't supposed top say,so i give it a 3 star rating and u people that give it 1 star, you are doing a bad thing. They are doing a lot of work for u. So i give it 5 stars.

These people have regularly put the wants if my junky ex brother in law over the well being of my niece and nephews even though he has missed months worth of court mandates drug tests.
