I only have this picture right now but I cannot thank Rich, Nick, and Brad ENOUGH for helping my mother and I get me into a vehicle ! They helped us finance and were super accommodating to our needs and concerns. We were able to buy a 2013 Subaru Outback from them and they helped us all day to make sure I was able to get a vehicle to go back up to college in Grand Rapids. They even are helping us with new tires! If you are looking for a great vehicle with a budget I definitely recommend them. If you want a trustworthy used car dealership this is the place. Especially with only working with dealers we have dealt with before.. we decided to go to them and we are beyond thankful we did. Everyone in the office wanted to help me get a vehicle in a short amount of time and they accomplished it in the most efficient way possible.

*Dealerships response to this review is a lie. They stated I never contacted them about the issues, but I have evidence I did via email. But instead of them focusing on helping me, they seemed more interested in my original three-star review getting removed. I've added screenshots of the emails as proof. I also attempted to call multiple times and never received a response back. I also attached a photo of a receipt showing I've paid $1,099.33 in repairs so far. I have about another $2,000 of repairs left to go.*

Bad lower ball joints, tie rod, muffler had poor patch repair which ended up blowing out, leaking windows, tires out of alignment which quickly ruined the tread on tires, and bad coolant temperature sensor. Thousands of dollars in repairs needed. It drove great during test drive but within a week everything started going out. Was on the highway to work and lost control of vehicle due to poor maintenance on vehicle, almost causing a collision. This business will lie to your face in order to make an extra buck. Sold to me for about $9,000 but only worth about $4,500 after further investigation. They put religious text in their slogan to provide a false sense of trust, but will double cross you without batting an eye. Avoid at all costs, you will absolutely be taken advantage of.

I've connected the better business bureau and am following up with legal counsel.

Oh, also an employee named Rich attempted to bully me into removing my review, but I advised him absolutely not as it's my right to express my opinions freely without retaliation.

I have never been so satisfied in my life !!!with purchasing a vehicle from such and amazing place and such caring and wonderful people you guys !! Rock!!! From the beginning to the end was such a smooth process that I truly forgot that it is some horrible car salesmen out there but j@and j y'all are the top of the crop my husband and I are so grateful and happy with our purchase please anyone looking for a dependable used car please please don't hesitate to stop by Nick and his crew are amazing 😍
