Back in November 2024 I had purchased my absolutely beautiful 2015 Nissan Titan pro 4X. It's been absolutely wonderful to me, it runs and drives as great and smooth as when I bought it. This was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Rick was super easy to work with. They don’t do high pressure sales tactics. The negotiation was super easy. Once we decided we wanted the car Rick got what information he needed from us and we went home to relax while Rick and Linda did all the hard work. We left at 10:30 came back at 1 and were done by 1:30. So thankful to have found a reputable dealership in Jackson. I’ll definitely be checking them first next time I’m looking for a vehicle!

Hours posted said that the dealership was open until 2:00 on Saturday. I drove there on a mission with my old plates, $2000 in cash for a down payment, and my better than average 740 credit score. I arrived between 11 and 12 to find not a soul there. Disappointed, but still interested in the Lincoln MKC listed, I set up a 9:30 appointment for Monday morning for a test drive. Before I could get to the appointment I was texted by a man named Jeff, I believe, who told me that the vehicle had not arrived at the dealership yet but he would make a call when he got to the office to let me know when it would be there. He didn’t call me back Monday. I called there again and spoke to him. He told me that he wasn’t sure what was going on with it but it should be on the lot in the next couple of days. Today is Friday and tomorrow will be a week. Although the car is still listed on multiple websites for sale, there are still no photos. All I wanted was to buy the Lincoln which I wonder now if it truly exists. Perhaps it was listed at a good price, one owner, and low mileage to generate phone calls. To not know what is going on with a vehicle in inventory at a place with maybe 30 cars is ludicrous. IS THE CAR REAL I’M NOT SO SURE. BE CAREFUL!!

Great group of people! Went above and beyond to get me aproved with a low credit score. Was quick and easy. Bought a very clean and well kept truck from them ( I live 2 hrs away) on my way home I realized I had left my garage door opener in my trade-in vehicle. I txt and they said they would mail it to me,to save me the hassle of driving back. I received it in the mail today. So, go get you a car or truck from them,they are the ppl to get you in tht right vehichle!!!
