My husband and I stopped by Joe Ricci dealer and was greeted by Anthony. He got us into our new 2017 Chevy traverse and we couldn’t be more happy! I was in the market for a Mahindra tractor, so I looked for the closest dealer to me, and it was Joe Ricci in Marlette. When I called, I got in touch with Tom Bowser. Now, when I tell you Tom sounded like your typical salesman, I mean it! However, Tom turned out to be much, much more. Tom is great, and his boss Kris is, too! Put the two of them together and it is "salesmen magic!" Tom was fantastic about answering my questions, returning my phone calls, looking up technical questions, and getting back to me in a timely manor. The people at Joe Ricci are good people... they're my kind of people. Tom and Kris worked out the deal, and even threw in some fresh, locally made doughnuts! This dealership is small, but don't let that fool you. What they may lack in size, they make up for in all of the important areas. They got me into my new 51/55 Mahindra, and I feel great about the purchase. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone! ~Dan L.

I walked away from my deal at signing!!
Worked with Dan on an attempted tractor purchase. The entire time I felt like I was working with that classic stereotypical "used car salesman". A $40k - $50k purchase requires a little bit of info. This guy treated me like I was a pain in his backside. Occasionally he would ask if he could get me an answer later and then call me back about moving forward WITHOUT answering my question. I grew suspicious of what my service experience might be like when I couldn't get an explanation about a $1k install quote for an auger.
I submitted a service inquiry online and still no response TWO MONTHS LATER!
I am SO happy I walked. Went with a local Massey dealer who answers the phone.

Great experience buying a tractor. Jessica Chappel was great to deal with. Entirely done over the phone. A slightly unorthodox sale on a tractor. But she pulled it off with out a hitch. Will do business with again in the future.

I recently purchased a new Mahindra compact tractor from Michigan's only Mahindra dealer. I love it so many projects are now doable for one man. The buying experience could not have been easier.

This place needs to be reported to the BBB and the Attorney General. WARNING! They screw you over. This same dealership also sells campers, cars. The sales people are very rude and disrespectful. They made a clerical error and make it out to your fault.

A few of the used vehicles we looked at were really nice and clean and surprised to see they had over 100k miles, sadly they have more used vehicles than brand new vehicles, they have Mahindra vehicles and tractors, not sure why they don't expand, or just bulldoze the whole place sell it and put a new one down the road south of town to have a larger lot
