I’m happy to have Kinecta as my bank, institution . I called and like always got the help I needed . Liz, thank you so much. They have free coin exchange for members, a user friendly App, the interest rates are always lower than traditional banks, and they care! They always offer coffee for free at my branch , have a clean environment , candy and more but hands down the staff is the most respectful and the best!

I contacted kinecta credit Union with hopes with a personal loan. I was very grateful when I received a call back from Christopher from The fountain valley office. He was very informative and helped me with all the information I needed to know to become a member. He was more than helpful. He had me sign up within hours and I am so glad that I found Kinecta. The people at Kinecta were also very helpful, and I felt right at home. It made me feel very comfortable and I'm looking forward to doing further business with Kinecta credit Union. if it weren't for Christopher Dome at the fountain valley branch, I'm not sure where I'd get been an awesome help and I appreciate everything that you have done for me. This bank will give you every reason to NOT want to bank with them under any circumstances. I had significant deposits with Kinecta until having technical issues with their website and application, poor customer service at the branches (maybe the worse I've ever experienced), and long wait times anytime you reach out to their customer service line.

I wanted to specifically note Sandra Gonzalez the branch manager who I had to deal with directly and will never bank with Kinecta again due to her poor attitude and customer service. Most banks if you get charged a fee will reverse it for the sake of retaining a customer. Sandra argued with me and refused to reverse a $15 charge on my account. Poor customer service equals customers wanting to leave your bank for competitors. I would not recommend banking with Kinecta and if you do avoid this branch.

I was so pleased with the service I received from Christopher Dome he was incredibly welcoming and very helpful. I would definitely and highly recommend doing business again. Christopher was helpful, communication was very fast, he was great advisor to my needs, process was so easy, he also made it very transparent on loan process which is key of communication.

In 30 minutes, I got my membership with checking and saving account, a physical debit card printed out right there and an approved auto loan with the lowest rate. I'm impressed and would recommend this credit union.
