Got laid off and automatic withdraws came through. Got charged 35 per draw. Over 300$ in fines 2 different times.
Bank said can't help you, yet I ask for help one time and nothing but gave the bank over 600 dollars from me in fines. Bank won't let them forgive me one time. Hard to believe it cost yall that much money to process stuff. Banker told me you reduced the allowance of forgiveness per employee. Selfish act.

WOW.. totally the BEST service I have ever had!! I call at 10am on Tuesday about a refinance on my Lexus . Talked to Debra gave her the information and by 3:00 - it was all DONE!! Lowered my payments $182 a month!! Came in and signed papers with Heather which took 5 minutes. The best and smoothest transaction I have ever done! What a fabulous Credit Union! They also have many give back to the community.. Love that

*Absolutely Horrible Experience with Kitsap Credit Union**

I’m beyond frustrated with Kitsap Credit Union and their lack of support during an already difficult situation. My car was stolen, crashed, and is now totaled. The car is currently in Kitsap’s possession, yet despite filing a claim and having both GAP insurance and regular insurance *through* Kitsap, they are still demanding I continue making the $750 monthly payment on a car that’s totaled and unusable.

This has been nothing but a nightmare, as I cannot move forward and get a new car because Kitsap insists I keep paying for a car they possess and refuse to resolve. That would mean I’m stuck making two car payments—one for the totaled car and one for a new car if I get one. This is completely unreasonable and shows a total lack of empathy or willingness to help a customer in need.

I trusted Kitsap to provide financial support and guidance in times like these, but all I’ve experienced is stonewalling and no resolution. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Kitsap Credit Union, your customer service is appalling, and the way you treat your customers in distress is unacceptable.

Constant failure with this "credit union" go to a real credit union like USAA you'll do yourself a favor and actually save money and not have to worry about when if or where your money is . And lastly it's only in kitsap county so if you need any real banking done and not in the same county good luck ! Don't even get me started on customer service

i have struggled with online banking for years. I ended up having to o to the bank in person to get what I need. I ordered checks and discovered they are now $50. hen I called 11/2 days later to can cel the order I was told it was too late. Now I am suck with a $50 payment to a bank I am about yo quit.

While the tellers I dealt with in person were friendly, I would never send a loved one to this credit union...maybe an enemy. We had a car loan from he** with Kitsap Credit Union. We never received timely statements. The statements we did receive lacked information on the amount owing, etc. When I called to ask questions about our loan I would get the run around and few answers. When we finally paid off the loan, they gave our bank a hard time about getting the payoff amount. My banker said she'd never seen anything like it in over 10 years in the business.

I would NEVER recommend this institution to anyone.

KCU has been amazing for my family. My mom always had them and got me a teen account when I was little and I've been with them ever since. I have had multiple loans, a joint car loan and have had them help me build my credit back up after ruining it in my 20s. My husband and I have always been treated well. Their app is easy to navigate and their website has a ton of info. Even when my mom passed away and we had a lot of random things to deal with they helped me figure things out (estate checks and such).
