They couldn’t get to repair my vehicle for 5 days, and said they had to keep my vehicle until then. It was still drivable. So basically my vehicle would sit there for 5 days and I would be out of a vehicle for at least 5 days. I found another dealership who was able to look at my vehicle the next day and got I back within 5 days.

Recent service experience for work done on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee went as expected, with the work being completed even earlier than originally anticipated however the rental car experience was less than stellar. Communication regarding the end of the rental agreement was only done via automated email with an invoice attached but no further information provided regarding how charges were being processed. When I called to understand the situation and express my concerns with the lack of communication, I felt as if the person I spoke with didn't care at all and they seemed rather annoyed with the fact I was providing feedback to improve their customer experience. I will not be getting a rental from this dealership again and am unsure if I will ever be bringing my vehicle in for service at this location in the future.

Logan in the parts department has gone so above and beyond in assuring all of my needs are not only met, but exceeded. Logan has been monumental in my continued business with LaFontaine, especially with the parts department. He certainly deserves a raise & a bonus for always answering the phone happily and doing everything he can to accommodate my needs, even by sticking around after closing time so that I can pickup parts, and by answering the phone and helping during his lunch break. Again, Logan is extremely professional and helpful, and deserves a raise & bonus ASAP!
