It was mostly a good experience initially and customer service was very good. The only issue I had was the wait time. I waited approximately two hours for my oil change. I was sitting in the waiting room and no one came and informed me that my vehicle was ready. When I asked the only service rep working about my vehicle, in response he asked me “Is that your vehicle sitting outside?” I replied yes. He then said I will get you taken care of. This was my first time and it left me with feeling like no one really cared and disappointed. Otherwise, everything else seemed fine.

Took my truck in for an oil change, brought an air filter with me that I ordered from Mopar because they recommended it be replaced last time I was there, the guy that checked me in said “no problem we can change that for you” so I left it in the box on the front seat. After I got home I was reading over the service report and it says that they recommended replacing the air filter and I declined, not one time while I was waiting did anyone come to recommend anything to me, or speak to me. As soon as I seen that I messaged the same person who emailed me the service report asking if it was even looked at. I went back out to my truck and it was still in the plastic wrap…I still have yet to receive a response from anyone after sending messages

Bought a jeep! I love it and I have to say this place was a great experience for me. My salesman was Joseph Claudio and he was everything I could ask for. Told him I was a veteran he gave me $1000 bucks off just for that, very impressive! I've already done upgrades and doing more. If you want a new or used car truck or jeep? Joe is your guy. Even had Mt. Dew for me.
