I would give 0 stars if I could.

My wife and I came to purchase a Certified Pre Owned car here in August 2024. The manager then was Dan Posh and my salesman was Adam Pouget.

They brought the car from another location. The car was dirty. They made a poor attempt to clean it. My salesman (Brian, because Adam was not there day of the deal) did his best to clean the car more for them. When I looked at the car prior to purchasing, there were no dents or scratches on the exterior. After they cleaned it while we waited at the dealership, there was a tiny dent and tiny chip in paint (pencil tip sized chip, dime sized dent) just below the drivers side door handle. The dealership did not assist me in resetting the door code on the car. They said the car was Ford Sync compatible, but it is not. They only had one car key, but they told me the second key was at the dealership in Grand Rapids and they promised to send it to my house. They never did. And yesterday their new manager Tim Jenkins called and told me they will give me a new key but at cost. This is not about the money, this is about the principle. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with customer service of any sort, anywhere, ever. I even texted Adam directly and told him he knew this was wrong. To be clear: Adam called me last week and apologized and said this was all his fault and he would fix it and get me the key or help get me new keys for free. Now he’s refusing to help me, so I’m doing this.

Also, back on deal day, they wanted me to purchase an extended warranty rather than purchase the car CPO, which I decided to do. But, given that the car was priced higher as it was marketed as CPO, I asked to take some off the price since I was no longer buying CPO. The manager (Don at that time) refused. I then asked to take some off the price as the car was filthy and I even asked for a military discount. The manager refused.

I like the car, but I was and continue to be terribly disappointed with the customer service at this dealership. I remained amicable on deal day as my wife and I just wanted to get the car and get out. But I’m now over the top shocked and upset and will continue to do what I can to tell everyone about how terrible the customer service has been here for me personally. Go literally anywhere else to buy a car.

I had my previous vehicle in for service and mentioned I would love to have a new vehicle, specifically a Bronco, but I didn’t think it was in the cards for me. I was put in contact with Adam to get more information, and he helped me get into a new Bronco Sport in about a months time! I had quite a few obstacles to work through during the process and Adam was helpful, patient and kind the whole way. I was on the hunt for a new 2024 Bronco Sport in a very specific color and that offered specific features. I found the exact one I wanted at another location and they worked with me through the whole process to make sure I was able to get the exact one I wanted. Tyler was very nice and helpful in offering his support during my buying process and spent time in advance working to get everything ready for me before I came in to test drive which made for a fast and smooth process overall. It’s only been a few days with my new car but so far I absolutely love it!
