My wife and I came in about a month ago to look at a pre-owned van for our growing family. I called and spoke to a salesman the day before and scheduled a time to come in the following morning to look at a model they had in stock. My wife and I came in the next morning, as discussed, and requested a trade-in quote on our current vehicle. Note, we were the only customers at the dealership. The salesman informed us they had already sold the van (no problem). While the appraiser was working on the quote for our trade-in, we browsed similar vans in LaFontaine's inventory around the state that met our search criteria. We found two vehicles in their inventory that interested us, but were later informed by a different salesman that neither of the vehicles could be sold due to missing titlework and an open recall (fair enough). By now we had been at the dealership for over an hour. Our vehicle search didn't go as planned, but surely our appraisal was almost done, right? NOPE. The salesman informed us that they hadn't even started the appraisal yet or looked at our car. We requested our keys back and left. We purchased a pre-owned van at a different dealership later that day.

In summary, we spent over an hour at LaFontaine and accomplished nothing.

Didn't end up buying a vehicle due to some unrelated reasons but when I walked into the dealership I was greeted very pleasantly by Travis Jordan! He had a very welcoming sense about him that I’m sure everyone would enjoy! He sat us down and let us start out with what our thoughts are about options I would like to see on a potential car and gave us some very good options and even with my few months of previous research, he found a car that I loved that wasn’t even on my radar before I walked in! He made us very comfortable and felt like someone I’ve been friends with for a long time even though we had just met! He kept me updated about the car and helped as much as he was able to throughout the process! I will be recommending him to any of my friends that want to get a car at a dealership! Thanks again for the great experience and hope to do business with you guys in the future the next time I’m looking for a vehicle!

Great Place to shop for a vehicle! The financing is a little high if you have bad credit, but they work with you to make sure you get approved if you're capable of paying for it and have been employ3d for a length of time.

I have been to your facility a few times now since you took over ownership of the previous dealership and I gotta say that it has not been the same. I feel like I’m getting less customer service and higher prices. For example, now I’m being charged to use my credit card. I feel like moving forward. I’m gonna look for other place to go sorry.

I told them about my screen going black 3 times, nothing has been done. It took DAYS for them to replace the motor mounts. The most recent, they had my car for 8 days to replace modules to correct lights that were coming on the dash, only for the very next day, the same lights came back on the dash and the sun roof buttons no longer were working. I took it to another dealer to get repaired. They fixed the issue with the lights on the dash by replacing the actual part that needed to be replaced and recalibrated the sunroof. I give 2 stars because Cameron was very nice and worked on getting me a loaner car to use while mine was there for much longer than anticipated.

Took my Jeep in for a recall and the service and continuos information provided by Cameron was excellent throughout the entire process. Not only was he thorough, but also polite, respectful and kind. I highly appreciate his level of professionalism and his willingness to help.
