First time visiting this dealership for service. Easily set up my appointment online. Pulled in to a clean, well-lit service reception area, and was greeted/acknowledged upon exiting my car. Walked up to a friendly advisor who checked me in quickly even though I was a bit early for my appointment. I did not stay but the waiting area was furnished comfortably and appeared clean. A nice selection of complimentary snacks and drinks were available in that area as well. I was sent a couple update videos via text and then one more when ready for pick up. Great experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was brought in quickly and without hassle. The receptionist, Ursula, is the best at connecting and making you feel at ease.
I went in to have my tire repaired.
I really liked that the mechanic sent me a video showing the problem (a nail was stuck in the tread) and gave me a quick description of it.
I have never seen any dealership do that.
I hope other dealerships take note, and do like Mazda does because it increases the trust between the client and the dealership.
This is my first Mazda car, and I'm glad Im able to create a bond with a business like Mazda that does care about the customer.

Great first experience. White Glove Service in a world with very little care for customers any longer. Drive right in, greeted with a smile, the customer lobby was very clean and comfortable. I was able to hook into the WiFi and get some work done while I waited. They sent me a video of all of my fluids and kept me updated on their progress. Payment and checkout was a breeze. This is where my CX-50 will be coming from now on.

I had an engine emergency and went unannounced to them asking for help. I was afraid to turn my car off. They told me that the crew had just gone to lunch, but they would take care of looking at as soon as they returned. They offered me a free rental car to use while they worked on mine. I was so relieved because I had an appointment in an hour and had to be home. They had my car done first thing the next day. It was the 12 volt battery that caused my plug hybrid electrical system to go off. They charged my battery and didn’t charge me a cent! They took very good care of me.
