I've been with launch now for 7 years, I deal with the deland and orange city offices, The Staff is always so friendly and helpful, they remember who you are so it makes you feel welcomed when you walk in. Thank you for always being so kind and welcoming.

New client, opened basic checking and savings accounts. First impressions are great. Signed in at kiosk and only waited about 15 mn.Well staffed (Associates were all with clients). Casey Overholt, member service rep. came to greet us warmly when she was done with previous client.She was so helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and even offered information we hadn't thought of. We never felt rushed and even had some laughs. She made the process so easy. We highly recommend this branch and definitely Casey!

Be sure to bring all documents(proof of residency, ie: Electric and/or utilities bill, driver's license with current address, etc.)

Opened a checking and savings account with this credit union about 2 years ago. i have had $1 in savings the entire time and between $1-$6 in checking for about 23 months of the time. i have never been charged a single cent for overdrafts, service fees or anything else! Good luck getting this sort of treatment from the standard bank. Through the years, i've had accounts with Wells Fargo, TD Bank, Bank of America and others and was charged monumental fees, forced to keep a minimal balance when i could ill afford to, and have had to deal with exclusively automated systems when calling the aforementioned banks. A couple of months after opening the accounts with Launch, i needed to stop payment on something. i called them and actually spoke with a genuine person (!!!) who was helpful, understandable (not having shipped the responsibility overseas as many companies do) and who remedied the situation immediately and courteously. Not only all of the above, but everyone working at this credit union is sweet as pie, they often give my children stickers and candy (after politely asking if it's okay), their hours of operation are above average and all around the customer service is well above what most of us have come to expect from companies, let alone companies who claim to be responsible with Americans' money. i'm sure i need not remind the reader of the fraud Bank of America pled guilty to, and the all around crooked behavior of banks in the past. Launch Credit Union has not been involved in any scandalous nor fraudulent shenanigans, yet remain fully insured should an old school robbery occur. Highly recommend them for anyone, and especially to those of us who no longer wish to enable already greedy banks who function as a parasitic presence on the backs of humanity. An additional nod to the assistant branch manager of Launch, Lori, she truly does go above and beyond to be helpful and kind. In summary, i have zero complaints with Launch and plenty with all the others. 🙂

Kudos to the Deland branch again. Lory Jimenez assisted me with a personal loan and as always, I was approved. She is absolutely the best. I adore the entire branch. They are always friendly and eager to help. It’s good to be able to go into a branch and EVERYONE greets you with a smile…that’s great customer service!!!

I was quickly greeted with a big smile! I had 2 transactions I needed help with. The 1st one was a personal problem that was handled with compassion and common sense. The 2nd was moving money to a higher yield interest rate. The computer was slow and even froze. We spent time with chit chat while waiting patiently for the paperwork! You are a person at this branch. It’s a wonderful place to help with finances!

My husband and I have had an account with Launch for years, but we came in a few months ago for consolidation options. We met with a young man named Zach. He was PHENOMENAL! I have never in my life met someone so passionate about helping people. With his help, our debt is totally under control and our credit scores have jumped almost 100 points. He definitely deserves recognition and a raise! Maybe even promoted to management. He’s definitely a great bonus to our membership. We are grateful
