This review is about LBS, as a service. The employees are great, and when I was there last, the place was clean and professional.

LBS has been the worse banking company, I've dealt with. When I signed up, almost 10 years ago, there wasn't an easy way to pay for a credit card, with an outside bank account. After a few years, I finally figured out how to set up automatic payments, by having my checking account, pull the money from original bank, and then the credit pull from the checking account. The next month, the credit card system changed, ruining and fixing the BS I had set up. Fixing it, by finally letting you use a direct connection to pay for the credit card, ruining it, by making it difficult to find the proper place to pay, atleast in the mobile app because the website is horrendous.

That was all fine, until I had to move, and hit a financial speedbump after the move, so I was behind a payment or two. What pisses me off, and made me feel like a bad review is necessary, is that if you owe a minimum payment, and you can only afford to pay part of it and set up automatic payments to pay that part of it, they override that set payment and take the full minimum payment out.

And I know, I should be better with my money and finances, but every single company that I have owe money too, and it's a few, honored the payment I could make.
