Called in to get a dollar amount for a ticket. Was IMMEDIATELY told to pay online. We know that, but with the fines and fees you need to know how much. The ticket said 150 and we were told 167, so if we didn't call, the amount would have been wrong. The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude.

If a very small town in Ohio can figure out how to ticket people and make the payment process simple, this larger community with increased traffic violations should be able to figure it out. The clerks at the court house are rude and unhelpful, probably because they receive calls all day every day about how terrible the ticket payment process online is. I had to call FIVE TIMES to figure out the cost of my traffic violation. Cops sitting around town looking for excuses to pull over out of towners. Out of staters will stop coming to your town if police harass endlessly. You think the town would appreciate the uptake in business and how much money ohioans give you.

Nice building and You can really appreciate the historic old court houses like this. I wish more older city’s would keep up the antiques like this, it probably looks better now then it did back in the day.

Courthouse is an absolute joke (clerks are kind and helpful), you don't stand a chance unless you spend a lot of money on a lawyer to fight the corrupt system that's in place!

Received a traffic ticket and tried going to court to fight it.

This court refuses to provide a just and fair hearing. Kinda hard to be "innocent until proven guilty" when the Magistrate is BFFs with the Sheriffs.

My third time at the courthouse today, and I was very pleased with the service. People are quick to complain but no one would take a time to complement. So here I am, thanks to Julie at County Court Clerk 3rd floor. She is very helpful, very nice and sweet. We need more people like Julie in the world and in customer service world.
First two times before I was not happy, but didn't want to spread my negativity so I didn't say anything. Glad I had a good person helping me today. Thanks again Julie!!

The guards try to be helpful when directing you to the proper floor for the proper department but are not always right but fortunately theirs signs above each doorway like in a hospital to help you find the right office, tip if you're not familiar with courthouses like this, be prepared before going in and leave your change in vehicle and any other metal objects to reduce things you will have to put in tray before going through metal detector, I wish they had a wand instead so I wouldn't have to remove my belt buckle, it's always a pain to have to put it back on, LOL!
