When sending out letters, caseworkers need to watch their attitude. It’s obvious employees think they can address people however they wish because all letters are assigned to “M. Connection.” If their word was directly attached to their name, I’m positive they wouldn’t be speaking this way. Fix the attitude problem, especially when working with people who are seeking help.

Michigan state university has this class called cooking matters. We were invited through the school. I can’t cook to save my life. My kids are super picky. We cooked turkey tacos last night with sweet potatoes, carrots and zucchini! It was so good. I hope we both learn a few things from this class. Plus I am able to have one on one with my oldest boy.

I called Lenawee County Humane Society to make an appointment for my kitten to be neutered and to have his vaccines. It's a busy place, so no one was able to answer the phone. I did not leave a message.
I have taken my other cats here to be spayed. They do great work. I've never experienced any problems. My cats do well after surgery. Prices are very manageable for my budget. The people who work here are professional and friendly, and they are very willing to take time to answer any questions you may have.

They make it IMPOSSIBLE to get through to anyone. All I do is comply with them and all I get is letters threatening to cancel my benefits. I don't even have a caseworker it just says "M. CONNECTION". I hope some day things get better because I dream of never having to deal with this terrible part of the state again.

You can't get no help from these guys unless your an illegal immigrant. I work for a living and pay taxes and these people won't help me. I have to starve because of these people.

I came here to visit the social security office. The building is very nice inside and well maintained. The guards working at the door were friendly and informative when telling me how to get to where I needed to go. The lady working the desk at the social security office was friendly and extremely helpful

Kudos to staff in social security office, seen quickly, even when busy. Staff ALWAYS friendly! Never once have I been toldto do everything on computer, which I don't do due to eyesight being damaged from multiple sclerosis, and left there to stare at a computer!!! I have never been told to go to www.com.whatever! I was so frustrated with other debts. not answering phone or simply sending u away!!! I had been on the phone for 5 hours that day. Last phone call actually sent me to the first person I talked to. So, needless to say, I was in a bad, frustrated mood and ready for a fight. The gentleman that helped me was kind and Efficient. Thank you for making my day. I finally got something done! Can't beat Adrian social security office.!

Can never get ahold of anyone. My “caseworker “ has been on an extended leave for 3 months now and her case load wasn’t given to others. My redeterminations have been missed over and I’m currently almost $3k in the hole to my daycare cause they stopped paying before I received letters stating I was due for my redeterminations.
