Love how nice the park looks. Very well kept. The parks in other towns and states that I've been too do not hold a candle to this park. You have a very beautiful park here. The manager of this park does a wonderful job at keeping it looking so beautiful especially in the summer time. Grass is always cut, no trash laying around, houses all look their best.A great place to live.

Just moved in May 31st. Bought brand new home and happy with place. Was told they were cleaning park up and making it better. I still need to lock everything since its so close to town but love how its only 5 min from my work, hospital, and schools.
Has a few hiccups with security but new park management is on top of things and very friendly. Lots of children here and all seem to get along. Bus comes in to pick them all up. Also pet friendly.

My husband and I moved into the park 10/2015. I have seen major improvements since our current management has taken over. The park is much cleaner ( some areas need some attention) but there's always room for improvement no matter where you live. Management is easy to contact and work with. Always willing to solve any problem or questions ASAP. They like to run a smooth park and try to keep us tennents happy. Now if we had an area for the younger children to play that would be amazing can't really play in the front of the park due to us being on a busy road and some people feel the speed limit doesn't apply to them. And we have a 4 way stop in our park and 90% of people ignore the signs afraid there's going to be a serious problem with that issue.

I've lived here about a year with my son. It's an absolute perfect set up for my kid. Especially since he can ride his scooter around the whole park! It's so much better than living in an apartment. They're very lenient with rent payments. The management is always making sure I'm taken care of. I would recommend this park to anyone! Thankyou Ludington Moblie home park for giving me the life I've always wanted with my son! It means the world to me.

Just spent a year in this place. Thumbs down 👎 for management , thumbs down 👎 for park experience. Altogether thumbs down. Don't even think about living in you're trailer, because they will find a way to fine you. And good luck trying to get anyone to answer you on a professional level. The price is outrageous, since it seems the trailers are thrown together. Spent the first week without water, took their leisurely time to fix it.

They run contests for "friends" for good Google reviews. Half of these reviews aren't even from actual tenants in the park!!! It's run very poorly. Even the new park manager participated in tp-ing the old managers trailer.
