Probably the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had, including new cars and private sellers. My daughter and I drove over an hour to look at this car because it matched the criteria and she needed a car soon. We were both thinking we wouldn't get it unless we both really liked it because it was an older car and we had a few more on our list to look at but headed out anyway. Turns out we both really did think it was great - clearly well maintained, and low mileage for the year. But the best part of the experience was working with Josh, learning a bit about him and his dad. He was really straightforward, you could sense a strong integrity, no weird sales tactics, didn't push any additionally purchases. He didn't say it outright, but I think that in addition to just running a business, they have a vision to serve people by trying to provide a car in good shape for those who can't just run out a buy a new car. There were several little things that stood out about the experience - no surprise costs, and he made everything as smooth as possible, but there were others things, such as: I forgot to check gas before we left and we have over an hour drive home. Called my daughter - she's fine 3/4 tank of gas (in an SUV). Not something people who are just trying to get every dollar from you would do.
The vehicle itself we probably would have bought regardless - about as little mystery as you can have for an older vehicle - full meticulous Lexus service history for the entire life of the vehicle. But I was so impressed with my experience that I'll probably give them a call the next time I'm looking for a car, see if they can find what I'm looking for as a first step.

Josh is an easy person to talk to along with the rest of his family, they are honest and good people you need to go there to buy your car. I had the best experience that I’ve ever had. They aren’t pushy and they won’t sell you something bad. God will bless them always keep up the good work.

I would definitely do business with him again. I asked him questions about the vehicle over the phone and he gave me truthful answers since I was from out of town. Phenomenal Customer Care (Not Service! Customer Care)

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with M-51 Auto. A used car is something you usually need to look over yourself before you buy it, that's not the case here. Their cars are in excellent condition, well kept and cared for. I feel like they really go the extra mile to make sure you are getting what you need. If you would like the "Shop Local" experience with buying a vehicle, I would recommend this dealership. They are right there to answer any questions you have right in our hometown of Niles and their services are tailor made to suit your needs.
