I came to MCU years ago to save a small amount each week then apply for a loan to see me over Christmas THAT was 12 years ago.
Since then I have taken out 3 loans and continue to save with them. There staff are very helpful and if your unsure just ASK the questions they are more than happy to help and will always work with you for your needs. They take away the nerves of applying for a loan.

I have been a customer for years , had many loans most of which were paid back early . Had a handler called Zatoon . Complete waste of space . He didn’t even review my details properly. .declined a loan on a reason he was given a valid explanation for . I will be closing my accounts . Absolutely pathetic avoid at all costs .

For all the people saying that they never answer the phone. I called 4 times today and they answered within the space of 20 seconds. Very fast service I would recommend

They never answer the phone, spend hours and hours trying to get through, bring back local branches, the one I used to deal with was friendly and helpful. The way its run now is useless

Why is it that everytime I want to withdraw some money, I can never get through?! Tried near enough 6 times ringing so far today, and no joy whatsoever. Surely to God, there must be someone at the end of the line! Pick the phone UP! Sure I got cut off earlier as it rang once and next thing it sounded like I got disconnected. Very unprofessional. Sort it out!
