Beware. Be sure to ask a lot of questions. Ellie and Maggie about charged me $500 more than needed. Luckily, I called chase prior to commiting to the transaction and they advised a better option.

Staff are very friendly and conscientious. They are very very well informed on dealing with just about any issue you may come up with. Most of the time they recognize you an address you by name differently the smart, I feel safe when I go into the bank to deal with money matters I know that I am going to get the information that I need explained clearly and very precise. Love this credit Union in with them now five years no regrets.

The customer service inside is amazing. The staff here makes an effort to meet all your needs and even brings you coffee while you wait for them to complete banking information!

Took my Wife out for date night on Saturday. Our only method of payment we had was our Maps Debit Card. When we went to pay our dinner bill of $70, it was declined. Talk about embarrassing and humiliating. It was declined multiple times until my Wife finally got a fraud alert on her phone asking if this was our transaction. We go to this same restaurant all the time, so not sure why Maps thinks it needs to mark it as possible fraud. Even after we responded to the fraud alert and let them know it was OK, our card would not process. We had more than enough money in the account which we could easily see on the Maps online banking app. The other thing that really infuriated me, is that when I called the phone number on the back of my debit card, it said they were closed. What are we supposed to do at this point, remain stranded? The restaurant has a policy that one person has to stay there until the bill is paid. I have never felt so helpless in my life. I had to leave my Wife in tears at the restaurant, walk over to Bank of America and was able to get cash off the same exact debit card, of course, for a $3 fee and return and pay our bill in cash. What a humiliating experience. I am not confident now that whenever I use my debit card that it will process. I have to now, always make sure to have a backup funding source. I have never had to worry about this with any other bank before. To make matters even worse, I didn't get one ounce of compassion or apology from the reps at the Maps Woodburn branch when I brought this up. Unbelievable.

FREE COMMUNITY CHECKING advertised as NO MINIMUM BALANCE, NO FEES, Is not free.
They require activity within 6 months or a $750 balance or they charge $5 a month.
They siphoned the money out of my checking account until it was negative, then notified me of insufficient funds.
Was going to transfer from my other CU account, but not anymore.
