My fiance and I were on vacation when we had a wheel bearing fail on us after hitting the dunes. Ed and Dave were able to get us in and take care of our Forester even with a busy schedule. Dave even came in on his day off to help get us back on the road. They even offered to give a ride to a hotel at one point instead of taking a cab. 10/10 for friendliness, 10/10 for service, 10/10 for being incredible people helping us out in a pinch. Can't recommend these fellas enough now.

The power steering went out on my car, and only 2 days after I dropped it off, it was fixed and ready to be picked up. These guys did amazing and were fantastic to talk to, everyone was super nice. 10/10 would bring my car back to have them work on it again if other things break

Always friendly and efficient service. We had a medical problem and our alternator died at the worse time possible and they did us a huge favor and fixed it right away. Can't say enough good about these guys.

On our way home (a Sunday), one hour away, our Highlander quit running at 11pm. We had it towed to Mason County Auto Parts & Svcs during the pandemic and luckily they were still working on vehicles. We could not have been happier with Ed keeping in touch with us on how things were going. His schedule was packed and our problem was mysterious, he told us it would be a day or two because he had to take some time to dig into it and do some research. Wednesday, Ed called to tell us he figured it out, it was "not a big deal". No new parts were necessary and there would be no charge. Who does that?! We never even met Ed face to face, which seems so strange. Our car was towed there in the dark, and we picked it up after hours on Wednesday. I have a picture of Ed in my head and he's an angel with a wrench in his hand! 🙂 Thank you, you guys are great!

Tells you one thing, does another. Took 3 weeks to look at my vehicle, told me Thursday it would be done Tuesday; on Tuesday ( 23 days in total! ) I was told it would not be repaired. After which the owner decided to have it towed. 3 days after being told I was making arrangements to have it towed to a repair shop. Spiteful little man.
