Jason and the crew were and have always been honest and awesome! We absolutely love their honesty and how detailed their inspections are. They provide videos and photos and never pressure you into any repairs. The simply list how important each one is to get taken care of. They even helped us navigate our extended warranty debacle and they remained professional the entire time, even though the warranty people were less than. We will always go back and recommend them to friends.

Looking for the best cost of having my 2018 Ford Escape serviced for new brake pads and rotors and a new battery. I called the various shops in the area and Mazur’s of Pinckney provided me the best price and availability to service. The plus is great customer attention and follow up. Total Automotive got me right in and I was impressed with their business. Knowledgeable, fair, helpful, professional… the customer is in good hands.
Although the News wasn’t good, transmission needs to be replaced, they only charged me for the diagnostic service and gave me good advice. I will be returning for any and all vehicle needs going forward. Highly recommend.
This was the Pinckney location. Very nice facility and equally as nice people.

My tire needed to be fixed, I saw Idris and he was amazing. Very informative, great communication and I had my car back within an hour after drop off. I would recommend seeing Idris to anybody needing a repair on their car.

I went to O’Reilly’s Auto Parts to have my passenger side rear tail light bulb replaced and they told me they would have to tear my car apart to get to it. So I had read online that Mazur’s was a great place to go, and I did it only took 5 minutes for him to replace my bulb! Wow! I’m glad I went and I highly recommend Mazur’s very professional and friendly.

I recently had my 2001 Jaguar in for repairs and they noticed a steering knuckle that needed to be replaced at the same time they were doing a bearing. They found the part (not easy on a 20+ year old Jag) and got it installed at the same time they did the bearing, saving me from having to go back and do the work twice. They loaned me a car during the time it took, everything went smoothly and all is great again!
I will certainly use them for future repairs, especially given that I have a car that not anyone can work on! They came through and I recommend them highly!
