Went here to purchase a car from one of their current members by paying off their loan. We had spoke to a representative who stated the lien could be released at the time of the transaction, as that needs to happen to transfer the title. However, the lady manager treated us like criminals as I brought my check in to pay off the lien. She said "I haven't heard of that credit union" which is crazy because there are thousands of them. She doesn't know most of them! It ended taking 6 weeks to get the lien release letter and complete the purchase of my car which resulted in an extremely poor experience for me and their member.

Thought I found my happy but they have changed in the past couple years. They denied me a Whatever loan, which you used to qualify just by having a job. Then they keep increasing my CC limit like they're trying to get me deep into debt. They used to be better than DFCU but sheesh about to go back.

Was 2 different sets of customers that should of been being helped in the offices instead of by the 2 counter people helping the lobby customers. Anything taking over 5-10 minutes should be directed to the offices instead of the counter. Waited about 25 minutes in line and was next in line. By the time I left the line was out the door. Office people were just sitting in there offices. Someone should of come out and opened another register.

I tried to set up an account for over a week. Trouble with website, my local office didn't have anyone available to open accounts, and got disconnected 3 times just trying to talk to someone on the phone. I'm definitely going somewhere else if just setting up an account is this difficult.

I been with this credit union for years. In the past i have also been with other local banks and as i read through the comments that were negative i thought to myself there is no comparison. I am Super pleased with the services i use here like their mobile banking, the ICCU drive through is next door when i don't feel like going inside mfcu near my branch. This is a Great Credit Union!! Thank you

Awful now! Be prepared to always be waiting in long lines, likely have somebody new and inexperienced at the teller window, get denied loans you used to be able to get, and it's a huge hassle logging into account online (need to have a secondary device to retrieve code to enter on initial device).
Can no longer simply and quickly cash a check, it needs to be deposited, withdrawn, and signed for through your account.
This bank used to be great until they started hounding customers with car and life insurance.

Love this credit union! They are fantastic. I have less than perfect credit and they always do what they can to work with me. They truly care about their members. Jessica is great, and always sees what she can do to refinance our loans to save us money.

Been a member for couple years and never been treated so poorly. They charge fees for anything and everything you could possibly imagine. I’m not even sure how it’s legal, some of the reasons they charge your account fees. I’m closing my accounts next week as soon as my direct deposit is set up elsewhere and moving to a credit union who actually appreciates their members. Save your time and money and bank at ANY other credit union!!
