from the very first moment we arrived we were treated very well. Alex assured that we received a fair deal and that the vehicle was in tiptop shape upon delivery. He went above and beyond customer service and we will be referring customers to him. It was painless to work with him on this car purchase. David was the finance manager, he was very patient and helpful as well.

I’m beyond frustrated with Mercedes. When I approached two employees standing near the G-Wagon to ask for assistance, they mumbled something and walked away. Then, another guy glanced up from his phone, saw me, and immediately went back to scrolling. The first two eventually came back and finally asked if I needed help, only to claim they hadn’t seen me and didn’t work in sales. Seriously?

At that point, I demanded to speak with their supervisor, but they seemed hesitant to even let me talk to him. Thankfully, Zach, the supervisor, came out and apologized. The only reason this place isn’t getting a one-star review is because Zach connected me with Briana, who was amazing. She listened, understood what I wanted, and helped me explore my options.

So, props to Zach and Briana for salvaging this experience. However, the rest of the staff needs serious re-training. As a business owner myself, I’d never let employees like the ones I encountered first be the face of my company.

I bought a 2010 Mercedes in 2019 and paid cash! In May 2024, I sold my condo to move to another area in Florida! I decided to buy a new vehicle! Upon trying to find out what my car was worth, I was told I had a lien on it and no clear title! I immediately went to Mercedes to find out wh they had not paid off the lien from Mercedes Lending! Finance officer Barry, said he would look into it! He said he would take care of it the next Monday! Well, that didn't happen! Kept calling him and no return calls so had to go back to Mercedes to see what was going on!: his assistant claimed he was out but would get back to me but didn't! I was out of my home ready to move to my next location but could not as I did not have a clear title! I had to get a hotel and lost my rental agreement to my new location! Finally, I was able to get a. Vehicle at Schumacher Chevrolet as they were promised a clear title was being processed!::I had asked for some compensation as it cost me money too stay in hotels while this was being cleared! I contacted the manager Mr Passarelli and he denied any compensation for my hotel, meals and stress for their wrong doing! How can a large dealership sell a vehicle with a lien on it (when I paid cash for it and drove it for almost five years thinking that I had a clear title? I would not recommend this dealership after they did this to me and denied me any compensation for my costs due to their negligence!::I am still upset from this! It is against the law to sell a vehicle with a lien on it and clear title when I paid hard earned cash!

Cody is the best car salesman ever! I wasn’t aware that my dad was in the market for a car. My dad has been to three dealerships, and It was Cody that was kind, patient, and the most helpful towards my dad. Cody would show my dad all the cars he wanted to see. Cody would answer all his question. My dad would constantly keep coming to the dealership and Cody would always be happy to be of services to my dad. Cody was also the one who found the perfect car for my dad, a 2020 GLS 350 fully loaded!

Not impressed by service department- employees lacked professionalism and to top it off- my car has speckles of blue paint all over the lower section of the front door that were not there when I dropped the vehicle off. The dealership didn’t even wash my car after service was completed- every Mercedes dealer I have been to had washed my car. I will not be going back.
