Nunca pero nunca valla a comprarse un carro se quedan con el down te dicen que solo pagas seguro y chapa y si lo tienes igual te lo piden son un robo y te enganchan con que puedes pagar el down en tres meses para robarte más de ante mano vallan a otro dealer este es un robo

Best Union Auto Sales was the worst car experience of my life. Two gentleman by the name of "Sylvio Destinal" and "Eddy" would charge me for random, made up services and fees and promised to withhold my vehicle from me if not paid. They would also promise me subsequent dates of when my vehicle would be ready for pickup, however, would always lie. It wasn't until a month after the initial promise of my car, when I was finally able to pick it up. After picking it up, the service was mediocre at best and the tires were in terrible condition. This business is shady, scummy, and I believe are committing fraud. They will waste your time and money. I recommend you stay as far as possible from here.

Unfortunately our experience was not good at all traveled from Orlando to Miami to sign paperwork for car purchase, was told the car was ready for pickup in Fort Lauderdale Fl. when we arrived to pick the car up was told it was not ready and was still in the cleaning process and maintenance checked out, of course being very upset had no choice but to agree for it to be shipped, then received a call that a A/C censor was needed, if it was put in at there location it would delay the car being shipped another week or so, we told them to ship the car as long as this is all that was needed, was shipped on April 9th 2020 received the car and found out it had many more issues, need air compressor as a/c did not work replace the censor, had to put new belts pullies as the picture shows, Bill was $3400.00 for the repair, Gary the owner did reimburse $1000.00, towards the bill, after repair drove the car a week and the condenser went out on the car, that is shown in the short movie that turned out to be another $3800.00 our expense, now the car still has issues starts and dies starts and dies, has to be checked again. So as you can see this was a very bad and costly experience for a 2008 Audi, learn from this and don't trust what is told you!!!!

For me being a female, buying a car is the most nerve wrecking thing to do by yourself!!
But Kenny and Jr. Made me feel so comfortable with everything and didn't make me feel like I was being taking advantage of. I had some crazy circumstances but they still managed to pull off an AMAZING deal for this new car I received!
