The mechanics at European Master Tech are masters at their work. They were able to trouble shoot a mystery sound that my car was making when no one else could figure it out. They worked with me on my availability and they are conveniently open on Saturdays. The owner is professional and showed me compassion with my payments. My experience was amazing! Until it wasn’t.

Hanan went above and beyond to help me secure a vehicle.
However, after purchasing the vehicle I started having issues 4 weeks later!! A MONTH LATER! They brushed it off so bad, everyone in the office! The mechanics and the lady working for him were very rude and unreliable. My car sat there for days without an answer. Finally, $1700 for a starter? Never! Even after I was told the warranty covered it.come to find out it wasn’t even that. They expected me to pay $1700 when the started part anlone is only $200 or less. A RIP OFF!!!! Overall experience was horrible and I suggest you don’t purchase a vehicle here. I have receipts and messages to prove why I feel this way. The establishment is selling bad cars and getting down on people for the price. I truly regret working with them here. Truly. Thankfully the finance company is awesome and I’m now looking to get another vehicle from a different dealer, a real one. Only two months later smh very disappointed. DONT REFER THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE HERE. Or anyone. 😊
