I've been with MidFlorida for a long time 20+ years, however, in the last 2 or so years, their services and banking have gone downhill. It takes forever for a check to clear, even if the check cleared in the other bank. Their Check holds are ridiculous, 4 to 5 days hold? I'm very disappointed as I have been a loyal customer.

Senior citizen and veteran. Have a credit score of near 800. MFL will not issue me a Visa. Id say that's discrimination. Reporting this to the regulators , BBB, etc unless I hear from them soon. Trying to build trust and within a week there is none. Disgraceful.

The five stars that I am giving this branch are HIGHLY earned and respected. I came in to refinance a vehicle that a dealership gave me an outrageous APR on, and with the help of Michael and Tricia, we were able to drop that APR down to a very desirable percentage.

When I say that the employees of this branch will help you, I mean it. Moving forward, I will do more business with MIDFLORIDA because of their commitment to their people and processes.

Walking into this bank is a breath of fresh air! It’s brand new and beautiful and bright! Everything is instant for the most part. Customer service is always phenomenal! I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Ashley, Kendra, and Tasha and they are wonderful!! I definitely recommend this bank.

I've been with midflordia for years now, never had any issues, I have multiple accounts , they have helped me rebuild my credit and open my business. This new location is clean , amazing staff and the manager Samuel Jordan III was very helpful and promptly fixed my issues that I was having. Thanks Midflordia
