Great experience at this location with Jonathan and Maureen! We were purchasing a truck through a private seller and met at this location to complete the deal with an auto loan. We initially didn’t have the paper work all completed and went in with only a pre-approval with one hour left till business closing. Maureen explained this wasn’t standard procedure, especially an hour before shutting down. However, Maureen and Jonathan came together and made it happen that same day. Wife and I were extremely pleased when Jonathan took the time to understand the situation and able to go above and beyond to help get all the paper work, verifications, signatures and payment needed to close. They stayed over an hour after business closing and made sure we left with our new truck. I highly recommend this location, they put customer service first and it is appreciated and noted. Well done.

This is the worst bank on the planet. They constantly do things to inconvenience their customers for example if you want to deposit a check by taking a picture of the check they place a 7 day hold on your deposit. You constantly have to verify your identity multiple times per month. I am taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same!

Best bank and options ever . The only thing they don't have is secured credit cards but that's fine! Refunding over charges often and all! Best customer service. John is the best we've dealt with, ask for him!
