Kathleen Lawless was a rockstar for me! Headed into the branch Saturday morning and was on a tight schedule for a car loan. Everything was secured that day for pre-approval and the car was purchased on Monday. Had a great experience opening up a joint account with my fiancée. We had the pleasure of working with Jeremiah. We walked in waited less than 5 min and Jeremiah made the experience more entertaining than the traditional boring bank opening experience. This is my Credit Union. I have used it for years, and I had car loans and multiple accounts, including a business account, and I am very pleased with their service.
*The ATM outside is TERRIBLE when it is sunny you can't see the screen.*
