Great place!!!! I have a ‘98 Expedition and somehow my torsion bar broke. Not something that is easily fixable. They were able to get it in and fixed it in a timely manner while I waited, was super friendly, and extremely cost efficient!! If you have a repair for your vehicle in the Millington area I can’t recommend them enough. Great mechanics are hard to find, so be sure to mark this one down!!!

If you want faulty repairs, poor communication and time wasted, this is the place for you!
They had our vehicle for over a month and had about $1600 worth of repairs. During that time, the only communication was initiated by us. We would get told we would get a call back in 20 minutes with answers to our questions, but that would never happen. We would have to call back the following day just to get the runaround again. This process happened countless times. We didn't even get a call when our car was done, we were the ones who had to call and ask if it was complete.
Needless to say, we were disappointed when our vehicle still ran loudly and the check engine light came on. We took it back in because our initial problem never got fixed. We had two days of radio silence. My husband called and asked for an update. We were told that it would be done that evening and they would call us back. Well, that didn't happen. So my husband called back that evening and no one answered. He drove up there at 4:30 to see if it was done and no one was there. It closes at 5.
We had to call back today and were told the vehicle was done. (I truly don't understand why communication is so hard for them).
When my husband picked up the vehicle, we were shocked at the $300 bill! No one bothered to call us with a quote or even see if we wanted to spend that extra money.
After having our vehicle for a month and spending over $1000 the first time (without the problem getting fixed), we have been completely scammed.
AND our vehicle is STILL running loudly.
Run far away from this place! They clearly don't care about their customers or the quality of service they provide.

Nate has fixed both of our trucks a few times with no issues! They always get me in and out and fair prices. Jess is also helpful and entertaining while you wait.😂

My Brakes blew out coming through millington, Nate, His Wife, & Awesome staff helped me get ol Bertha up to the shop & for the next 4-5 hours welcomed me in and were so kind gave off such an awesome vibe I didn't even wanna come home by the end of it. Nates super easy to talk to, really chill, really professional, and fast and effective, his wife & their family were so upbeat and kind the whole time I forgot I almost smoked a cop at the intersection when my brakes blew or that my car has more problems than someone on fentynal!!!

So if you have an issue with the work and the ppl at this shop, you probably eat Corn On The Cob the long way or got a big vagina or something idk, I appreciate everything they did, and if yall ever in the Alpena Area and need anything just ask around for Big Cody, I got yall!!!

BEWARE!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Talk about an actual s.Hi. T show! I drop my jeep off for a tie rod repair.. they have my Jeep for 2 days call tell me it’s all electrical work at $99 an hour and they spent 2 hours on it already, supposedly there’s like over 10 hours of work left to do. Heck no I’m good.. I pick up my Jeep and now all of the sudden my door won’t stay locked. My whole security system is messed up and this place and their incompetent staff they “just hired” completely destroyed the remote starter I had just installed last December.
I had also ordered all new tires from them so I called to see if they were in and the rude front desk girl refused my service because of the rain then I asked if I could get my new tires the next morning my last day off.. she again got rude and said she wouldn’t throw tires at her guys first thing in the morning. So I said whatever never mind. I brought up that they messed up my security system and remote starter and she made every excuse. She told me she would call me back and she never did. Every time I call up there it’s the same thing or I’m put on “hold” but really just hung up on. I took a week off work starting today and I’m petty enough to get the police involved and consider legal action.
