I was quoted over $4,000 worth of repairs. After getting a second opinion none of the repairs they said my vehicle needed were actually necessary. I don't even think they looked at my car because the breaks, rotors, and calipers they claimed needed replacing ended up being in fine shape. They recommended I have my cabin air filter changed...not realizing I had already changed it a week prior. So they never even looked. I will not go back to Monroe, and I will make sure I stear others away from this place. Very dishonest. Used to be a good place. Now it's definitely not.

Don't let these grease balls waste your time. They have offshore phone agents that quoted me $400 for brake pads and rotors. When I got to the shop, they told me it would be more than 4x that. Complete jokesters, would recommend scheduling your repairs elsewhere

Never would recommend.
1. If you try and call the shop, they outsource your call to some foreign county, you cannot understand them, and they do not know specific details.
2. I have visited them twice, had an appointment schedule, and they did not even begin working on my vehicle until over an hour into the appointment
3. I have gone for the same service twice now, both times it came out to $29. I go in this time, they say they have never done service for me. After they eventually find it, they tell me “policy” has changed and it will now cost $140. Wasted over and hour driving there and back, never did the service, called another local show and they said they would do it for $30.

Overall amazing experience! Hardworking, customer oriented, honest people who run this shop. I looked many different places for a set of tires and these guys price matched what I found. Got great tires for the lowest price around, and all in barely any time at all. I will definitely be coming back when I have other automotive needs.

Don’t try to walk in for an appointment! Walked in Friday, told they were too busy, so I scheduled an appointment for 11 am the next day. Arrived at 10:45 am and was told that they wouldn’t be able to get to my car until 2 pm. I was told there were four cars in front of mine who had appointments too. Asked to have the owners number, when I called from my phone the number was restricted. Came back at 2 pm, the manager called the district manager from there phone, who asked why he was being contacted on a Saturday. The only thing I got was sorry for the wait, an offer for new wipers (declined bc mine are new and winter wipers) and half off my next oil change, like I’ll go there again! Very poor service, was never informed of what my inspection showed (I need brake pads) they never said anything about it, there was no print off of the inspection. Don’t waste your time or money going here!!!

Horrible amd frustrating experience. I had an appointment that I scheduled and when I showed up it wasn't even in the computer system. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I rescheduled and when I showed up I couldn't even get my new tires because I was never informed they needed to be ordered. They were informed I was scheduling an appointment for new tires so why would they not inform me that I had to order the tires? High disappointing and poor customer service. You lost a loyal customer.

Great experience!
Went there for the first time for a front end alignment. The mechanic put my car up, checked/tested everything and it turned that I didn’t need an alignment. He put air in my tires as needed, and I was charged $0.

Emmanuel totally rude and wasted my time. Had an appointment scheduled for tire switch. Brought the vehicle in and asked if they could double check to see if the tires were the correct fit the new rim. He said I don’t have time for you but it looks like it could work from the dimensions and tire size say…..Fast-forward later I get a call “too small won’t fit.” Come pick it up. I wish they could’ve just told me when I dropped it off.
