I won’t be signing another lease. It took 2 months to get screens that still don’t fit, so can’t open windows. There is a lot of traffic in and out of apartments, along with people parking where ever they choose. They have carports that have electrical hanging along with they are all mud and grass. The lawn care just runs over everything like trash etc!! They blow grass n dirt on everything if you have a lower patio. They will add late fee(100) after you pay your account balance. Maintenance is very nice, but not enough time because there is only one person. We had a bad rain storm and my disabled daughter’s window frame, bed and carpet got soaked because there is a crack down the whole frame. It’s never been fixed, so if we have another storm we’re screwed. I do a lot of things myself cause it’s too hard to get what needs to be done fixed correctly. I understand it’s an apartment that has been lived in, but we pay a lot to live here. Also they have washer dryer hookup, but don’t tell you that you have to find, and purchase a vent that works on the inside and make sure you run your air when your using your dryer because it’s all vented inside.

I just renewed my lease for a second year! The apartments are a great value for square footage especially given the world we currently live in. Is there "always" someone in the office? No. Are my concerns addressed in a timely fashion? Yes. Good help is hard to find and keep these days and as a reasonable person, I don't expect management to show up to fix the trivialities in my apartment. When my AC went out, they hired contractors and had me back up and running as soon as humanly possible! I will stay here until life takes me somewhere else.

I lived here for a year. The property managers care about the apartments and will maintain them quickly when something goes wrong. The apartments themselves get refreshed between tenants so I had brand new carpet and paint. Good place !

We’ve lived here since December 2019 and everything has been so far so good! During the covid 19 pandemic they’ve ran some specials, if we paid our April rent before the 1st we got $50 off for May, and if we pay before the first of June we get $100 off the following month. Maintenance has been great, when we were confused about our dishwasher and couldn’t work it he came right over to help us out. Laundry room next to office is also really clean, it’s only $1.50 to wash $1.50 to dry! We pay $750/month for a 2 bed 1.5 bath with a balcony! It’s been quiet, no issues so far 🙂

I would like to welcome our new property manager and maintenance to Morris Square she has started to do some nice things around here. I have lived here 22 years in August I love it here and I have refer several tenants here so come out and take a look and see what Morris square have to offer you. I'm sure you will like it. and we have great water here and shopping next door and all around this area so I hope to see you drive through

The office manager is crazy. We caught her in several lies about apartment availability, waiting lists, she said her father-in-law in Chief of Police in Mt. Morris but he is not. She entered our apt, took property of mine, then locked me out on a Sunday night for no reason. Then she lied and said she didn't enter. Then she lied and said there is no lockout service on Sunday night so police told me to get a locksmith which cost over $200. She filled eviction papers because I knocked on neighbor's door when my vehicle with cell phone were stolen. She said to a police officer that I'm on drugs when I'm not. She also said that I had a different man in apartment every night. Sure, I'm almost 60 years old and had friends and family help move in. Now she refuses to fix items in apartment she promised at lease signing that would be fixed.
