Not at all helpful with getting you the loan you need at all. They'll drag their feet until the last minute to try to help you. Poor communication skills. Very unprofessional. Im glad I switched to @home mortgage. I have never been treated so poorly. If you do choose mortgage 1, try going through a different county. Funny how they couldn't help me, but the minute I switched to @ home mortgage, they were on it and had me in a home in less than a month. And to the man who works here that told me good luck. ( you know who you are) Thank you!!! Because I found a way better company to work with, that was way more helpful and professional. Thank you, Tonya, at @home Mortgage. I recommend them over this buissness any day.

We messaged Mike multiple times and he not once got back with us. He accidentally answered the phone one time when we called and said he would get back with us that afternoon. Nope. That was 10 days ago. I emailed him last week, still nothing. We were approved for a mortgage and have very good credit scores and very much wanted to buy a house. Not with this company. Not anymore.
Such a shame too, I had such a positive experience working with Tonya ten years ago.
