Fui a comprar un carro a este dealer en marzo con mi esposa.... 1.cogieron nuestro credito y lo enviaron a 14 bancos diferentes 2.nos dijeron que todos los banco nos negaron financiamiento y que el chrysler capitol nos daba el prestamos pero el APR era de 20% 3. Nos engañaron diciendo que el seguro gap era de parte de ellos por que lo tenian en oferta y cuando veo el contrato me cobraron $1,500 por ese seguro.... gracias a Dios que por un error que hicieron en el contrato el banco no les quizo pagar y esa fue la oportunidad para devolver el carro

I haven’t even owned my 2019 Jeep for a year and the transmission went out. At first they said it wasn’t gunna be covered even tho I have had it serviced there since the day I bought it but somehow it was my fault it broke. After a few days the tech called and said he did some research and found I have a second warranty that is gunna cover it. Well it’s now been three months. I called a couple weeks ago to check on it and they had no clue about my transmission because my tech didn’t work there anymore and had to look into it. They called and I was told it should be here the 12th. It is now the 18th and they still don’t have the transmission. So in the mean time since they don’t offer loaner vehicles I have had to figure out rides all while still paying my loan on this jeep I haven’t even owned a year. My family had ALWAYS bought from MY but we will NEVER work with this company again. If you are in the market for vechile steer clear from here so your nit screwed like me. I opened a case with Chrysler there self so hopefully something comes of it because this is absolutely ridiculous!!! Worst car buying experience ever and it was my first one. Reminder it’s been almost 3 MONTHS I have been without my jeep. While still paying it 😊

I came in Tuesday morning and met with Ms Trysha to look at a Ford edge. She was so incredibly kind and helpful! I had my toddler with me and she helped keep him entertained and answered all my questions! When I had issues with funding through my credit union she went above and beyond and got involved to make sure we got the vehicle! She definitely has customers for life!
