I I am very pleased with Dodge Chrysler in Mount Pleasant. I purchased my Dodge ram Pro master city there and I love it and they are very good about doing my oil changes my tire rotations whatever I need they’re there and I’m never held up on a appointment. I get great service and I love the people there they’re super. They treat me good most of all they respect my vehicle And Social Security and they don’t try to overcharge me. They’re considerate and listen to what I tell him about What I need iso yes, these people are super great.

I was having some issues with the air suspension on my 2015 Ram Rebel not wanting to inflate. I figured out it was a fuse that was blown, changed that and it started working again but I still wanted to get it checked out to make sure there was no other issues with the pump that would cause the fuse to blow. They took it in for a check up and read/cleared any codes from when it was acting up. The truck is working great and I was very happy with the turn around time and prices. Even though it was just a minor check up to make sure everything was working properly, they still treated it as a main priority. Very pleasant people to work with!

Stopped in to see if they could fix my flat tire, without an appointment, and they ended up fixing my tire within 20 minutes. Quick, easy and SUPER friendly. Bought my jeep from here 2 years ago and the service department has ALWAYS treated me well and has taken good care of me and my jeep

I wasn’t going to leave a review, but after multiple pushes (via text) to leave a review, will say that just for a diagnostic (check engine light), they charge $180.99. I’ve never paid more than $60 at a dealership and even then, you can get free diagnostic testing at any car parts store. Employees are super friendly and they were great. Pricing, awful. Even just ordering parts (mopar, dealership-you’d think they’d do better) are super expensive! Never again will I take my services there, simply bc it just doesn’t make financial sense.

If I need to get my car repaired, I would rather tow my vehicle to any other shop. I think it's a combination of poor customer communication and unreliable parts distribution. Dropped my car off in August, part came in somewhat timely but was damaged in shipping or handling. The replacement part did not come until January. The only way I received updates was by calling or stopping into the shop. No one called to update me on the status or as the shipping dates changed. There was never a mention that this could take 5 months and that they would have my car torn apart sitting in the back barn for months. There was no customer care involved. I only gave 2 stars because the mechanics seemed to have fixed the car. Overall experience was zero.
