Towed my car here when it would not start. After a diagnostic they said it was the starter and they would fix it the next day. I called the next day to confirm that it was the starter and that they would fix it and they told me, Yes and it would be ready by 4:00 p.m. and gave me an invoice and price. I arrived to pick up my car and they had only changed out the battery they tried to charge me over $700 for this service. I was very unhappy to say the least. They only offered to take off the charge of $340 labor. It doesn't cost $340 to put in a battery. I ended up paying $385 for a battery. I will never set foot on their property again.

I was stupid enough to give them another try after 7 years. Nothing has been changed. The service department is a joke. My car has been sitting here for 2 weeks and they didnt do anything to it. A service advisor called me yesterday that my car is ready for pick up. I came in today and I was told that the car is not ready. Then a manager said that my advisor is in the meeting and will call me. After talking to another manager I was told that my advisor is off today. Bunch of liars. Never again!!!

The worst purchase I made comes 20 hrs for the car and when I was signing he informed me that it turns out that the car had a problem but that I waited 1 day longer than they would pay for the hotel but it was just a lie and it turned out that they did not have the part but that in my city they could fix it because it still had a guarantee which was a lie and I don’t have 1 month and checking already turned it on and they don’t answer my calls

Why does a simple oil change take 6+ hours every time? That's why I stopped using you guys and i even have the car care package but refuse to come back here b/c I dont have 6+ hours to sit around and be without a car. Do better! Nobody wants to sit at a service center or be stuck at home waiting for their car to have regular service done to it. Provide rental cars if you cant provide timely oil changes...

I unfortunately didn't have a great experience here. Had an offer from another Hyundai Dealership and gave them the terms over the phone. Said they could best or match it and to give them the opportunity for my business. As a buyer, who doesn't want to save money; so I decided to come see them first before going to make the deal on my car.

Told me they couldn't get to the deal I have. Showed me other vehicle options and asked me to work with them. I stuck to the numbers because I had a deal and the purpose of coming was to beat it. Simple, take my trade-in (which I was transparent and said it was upside down), do not want to put more than 1K down and payments no more than $370-$380.

The salesman was very courteous and kind, won't deny that. Tried everything he could with different options, but the managers said it couldn't be done so I thanked him for his time and left.

Walking out to my car, I was stopped by a manager who told me he would like my business and what can we do to make a deal so I wouldn't have to leave. I told him those terms, and he asked me to give him 15 minutes to try. I figure I would give it a shot since I have been here.

In the end was there for 3 hours (THREE HOURS) and no deal. I was told "Numbers don't lie. There is no way you can have that deal. We submitted to banks and if they approved you there, they would approve you here. It just can't happen. Go there and when you find out they lied to you, please come back to us tomorrow and we will certainly work with you."

It's tomorrow and I have my new 2019 Dusk Blue Tuscon in my driveway with the terms promised from Wallace Hyundai, even though it cannot be done.

Napleton, with the words over the phone saying we can match or beat prices, I gave you the opportunity for my business. I was kind, heard you out, told you what I wanted and the terms I had. You kept me there for 3 hours and in the end said it was impossible to be done. Never again will I step foot into this dealership of empty promises and lies.

Not happy, they never fly flag at half mass. They didn't even do it for Queen Elizabeth gave the excuse was broken. Come on by now this dealership can't fix this problem Why would you trust this this company that can't respect the orders of the president. Even next door neighbor McDonald's did? Wow totally disappointed!!!!
