I'm relieved to see others sharing similar experiences with this company's customer service in reviews. I thought I was the only one!

As a debt collection agency, I understand their purpose. However, their complete lack of empathy is appalling. We're living in challenging economic times; patience and understanding are essential.

They even harassed my family and criticized me for not answering my phone immediately. As a full-time worker with children, I can't be available 24/7.

The representatives, including my case handler, display passive-aggressive behavior, making me uncomfortable.

Improving customer service skills and empathy would greatly benefit this company. If I could give this company zero stars I would…

Super rude representatives. Talk over you, have no intention to help or even listen. Requesting information and then stating that it isnt up to them
Super super terrible company

Giving this 5 stars because I was in and out of the process. Spoke to Mark who took care of what I needed and sent the email confirmation. He also made sure to read back my information to ensure that I received my receipt. At the end of the day, it is what it is. This one thing slipped past me and I happened to run across it online and took care of it. Based on these other reviews, I'm guessing if you call them before they call you, the process is a less agitating.

They refuse to set up my online account. I can't log in to make payments so I have to call in. They harass me every time I call in to make a payment. Adam was the person I spoke to today. I gave him card information but he simply didn't run a transaction and harassed me more about taking out more loans etc. Hopefully someone in charge can see this and will do something about it. Making payments is better than getting no money at all am I right?

Rude customer service representatives and their manager is no better. Why tell people they can go to the original place to get a collection removed then switch up and say “we don’t remove collections.” From my understanding your manager advised I call the school and have it removed and they told me I would have to discuss it with National Credit Management.
This company is a joke.

This is the easiest bill collector I have ever called. The automated system is not obnoxious or difficult to get through like every other bill collector. People wise, the company could hire nicer people. They can be short with you until they get you to the person assigned to your account.

Called me during work hours and refused to tell me the reason for calling. Demanded information on a family member and I asked why they got angry and refused to tell me what their company does and spoke over me.

Low grade people work here. Don't know how to be nice to someone they're not even collecting a debt from. It must be a company requirement that everyone there puts a stick up their butt upon entering the company building because literally everyone had a weird attitude. Bunch-a nuts!

Decent company. They'll work with you and keep their payment records straight. Unfortunately, they require pushing to report the account as closed to your credit. They won't charge you more than what you owe, but they only care about the money. They don't care about your credit. I would keep tabs on this company and their reporting if they call you.
