Sold me a car with a hole in the engine block. Everything looked ok when I bought it. Lasted less than 2 months. Never got my title either so here I am still trying to junk the car but without the title I will get next to nothing.

Never dealing with them again. I get the car home, it breaks after 1 week. Thats OK, the car was used, so i cannot blame it on them. Got the car fixed and used it for work every day. The issue started when time started passing and my license plates werent showing up (originally i was promised my plates to come in the mail). I call them 2 weeks before my temporary plates expire, and I'm told that they cannot ship plates because if they get lost, they will have to go to the DMV to get new plates and it's a problem, which i understood and told them i will stop by to pick up my plates when i have time and am in that area (I live an hour away). i came by their dealership on friday, 2 days before my plates expire, and im told that they dont have my plates and that I will have to wait until Tuesday (at which point my plates are going to be expired), and am promised that someone will drive them to me. At this point im already losing a day of work, but i agreed. Now it's tuesday, i called them asking for my plates, which are in, but noone will deliver them for me. They said they can ship them to me and ill get them tomorrow (Now, apperantly shipping is OK). I tell them i need to get to work tomorrow morning, they hang up on me. Call their second number, hang up on me again. I had to get my friend to go pick them up during his lunch-break, and am now going to have to drive to Chicago which is over an hour drive, just to pick them up. They are a NIGHTMARE to deal with. Never dealing with them again, and i suggest you stay as far away from their dealership as you can.

Terrible. I bought a car there yesterday and it broke down on the way home. The are dishonorable and thieves. They refused to service the car and even though I got a warranty they refused that as well. LIARS

Worst dealer to ever deal with, management / owner are douche bags, stay clear away from this scam dealership, I wil be filing a complaint with the attorney general to get my money back, car was a piece of junk broke down soon as I got home and they said it's my promblem ......
