I strongly urge you to rethink bringing your vehicles herbecause they do very shady work ie filling in scratches on a car they painted with a sharpie, using used rusted shocks for a customers vehicle etc and still charge full price. Morgan under pays the mechanics and if they refuse to do work that they aren't state certified for on a vehicle he fires them like he did me.

Set up apt waited a week, went in the day they told me to come in looks at me looking for excuse not to give me service tells me a couple days before he could look at it. Sent me to shop 10 miles away drive there long time before even look at went back to this shop they told me at least 3 weeks I should take somewhere else, no problem I guess you have to be a cop to get respect here

My experience was horrible they charged a family member 2700 for what was supposed new heads that was a lie!!!!! found nickels quarters and dimes inside the engine and still till this day 5th cylinder is misfiring... very bad Communication. No loaner vehicle!!!!!!

1 good intelligent and honest solid repairman but consistently horrible communication.
Bad communication
Bad prioritizing
Bad work ethics
Ok repairs for expensive area
If you are told they’ll “get to it by end of week” expect them to NOT TELL their “secretary” about it.
Hence “you’re not scheduled in the appointment” Altho you were told “ya drop it off and it’ll be done by end of week” And when calling to inquire status of said “done by end of week” 1 day prior to end of week told “we’ll squeeze it in over every one and bill you for being on the hoist” bc it’s somehow your fault for their errors.
