Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with hands down. Had my truck towed there due to it not starting. After 8 days of the runaround because they wanted me to customer pay of something that should have been warranted. So I had to play the jerk because I didn’t sign or give written consent to work on my truck. I had my truck towed to a different dealership that had it running this morning. Took them less than an hour to diagnose and fix it. Newberry Motors left my truck in pieces and ripped the wrap on the drivers handle. Pictures below. They tried to charge me $771.00. Customers BEWARE!!!!!

This dealership has saved me more than once doing warranty work. Somehow they always seem to get it done when no other dealership can. I last dealt with Todd at the service desk and I've never been treated so well as a customer. He even came into the service waiting room to brief me and explain things.

Couldn't ask for better service. We were at our cabin northwest of Newberry and our truck quit. Called them Monday morning and the service department said they would do what they could to work it in when we got it there. Called Great Lakes towing they picked up the truck by 11 got it to Newberry Motors by noon. The service department worked me in at 1 when the tech got back from lunch. They had us back on the road by 215. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needed a vehicle serviced.

I was on a trip to visit the UP in Michigan. When I was crossing the Sault Ste Marie bridge, the transmission in my almost new ram 3500 looses 1st - 4th gears. It was the dreaded aisin k1 snap ring issue. I had the truck towed to newberry motors from Sault Ste. Marie as Newberry was the only dealer within 100 miles willing to look at it within 2 days. To make a long story short, Aerianna (service adviser) worked through a major transmission problem within 2 weeks and got us back on the road. (2 weeks to diagnose the issue, order parts, schedule the repair work, and complete the repair in a professional manor) she also provided a loaner vehicle at no charge which saved our vacation! Everyone at the dealership was outstanding and I would recommend this dealership for service when in the area.

We really cannot thank these guys enough! They really went above and beyond for our husband and I on vacation, we were hundreds of miles from home. After getting a flat, they were able to get a new tire the next day. And so we didn't have to cancel our trip they let us use one of their cars for sale as a loaner. I just don't think a thank you could be enough.

Newberry Motors is AWESOME! My wife and I were on vacation and had just made it to our campsite and saw that the Radiator was leaking. We were over 1000 miles from home. We were going to be at our camp spot for a few days. About 30 miles from Newberry. Brian Mitchell was so helpful and helped us get a car to use while we were at our campsite. They also took us right in and helped us in our time of need and ordered and replaced the Radiator with a new one for a very very fair price. I recommend everyone to Brian M. at Newberry Motors Inc. Had to have brake lines replaced while on vacation near Newberry. Had my truck towed to Newberry Motors. After work was completed, I started the truck and brake warning lights came on. Talked to service manager and he said they would have to charge me extra to determine the problem. After some discussion, he said he would have the mechanic look at it. Went back later to pick up the truck and warning lights were off. The service manager sat down and explained to me how the valve that that controls the fluid to the wheels and the signal to the warning light worked, and how lucky I was that they were able to fix it. After I got home, I noticed fluid dripping near front tire. Took the truck to local mechanic and he said the brake lines were never tightened and the valve that controls the warning lite was disconnected. This is a dangerous safety issue. I plan to contact the Michigan Attorney Generals office to make a complaint. It will cost me an additional $400 to correct the problem. Not Happy!

Thank you so much for your exceptional service. I would recommend your dealership to anyone. We had an unfortunate breakdown on our way to a Hockey Tournament not only did they get us in, they got us back on the road very quickly.
