I needed to schedule an urgent repair for my boat, but the boat yard we use had a new policy requiring a certificate of insurance to even schedule an appointment. I called Newcoast in Orlando and spoke with Michelle. She listened and understood exactly what was needed. I was hoping to get this within 24 hours and was amazed that she had it done in 15 minutes! Hard to find service like this these days. Highly recommend!
