I needed their help with my tires. They offered to drive all the way to cold water to pick up my vehicle. Take it to Jonesville, fix the tires and the alignment, and I had to go back and pick it up and it was the best experience ever. Not only did they do me right on my car, but one of the gentlemen that came to pick up my car was a gentleman that graduated with my youngest son. And he knew who I was right from the get-go. My heart has never been so happy with a company fixing my vehicle than it was with norms.

I am not able to give Norms’ a 5 star review, as they have exceeded that..My vehicle had broken down,(out of state )through a series of incidents, I was recommended Norms’. Not only did they did listen, but was able to get the vehicle back on the road, quickly.. The staff/ technicians ,, went above to assist me, picking up the vehicle & delivering, also invoicing less than original quote. My DRIVE is HAPPY, & I am ready to GO! Thank you.

Was forced to pay for services covered under protection plan then couldn't drive the vehicle over 30 mph then when I took it back they want to charge me again to do the job right that they half did the day before. The receptionist says he didn't receive any training so he just has to charge everyone for every thing no matter what

They are always thorough to go through my work vehicle. When more issues arose due to an exhaust malfunction, they called to fix the problem and went above & beyond to triple check that it was running properly before calling us to pick it up.

Love this place for tires and needed an alignment this time and they handled it great. I always prefer to shop local when I can and this place always takes care of me.
